By accessing or using FlyMore (“the Platform”), operated by Leviate Air Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
FlyMore is a private aviation quote comparison platform. We connect members with verified charter operators for the purpose of obtaining flight quotes. FlyMore does not directly operate aircraft, sell tickets, or complete bookings on the Platform. All flight arrangements are made between you and the charter operator, either directly or through Leviate's managed booking service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access our quoting services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at fly@leviateair.com.
Access to FlyMore's full quoting services requires an active subscription. Key terms:
If you choose Leviate's Managed booking option, Leviate Air Group will handle operator communication, contracts, payments, and trip logistics on your behalf. The managed booking fee is clearly disclosed before you confirm. Leviate acts as your agent in these transactions but is not the aircraft operator.

FlyMore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All charter operators on FlyMore are reviewed by Leviate's charter team for safety certifications, insurance, and operational history. However, FlyMore does not guarantee the performance, availability, or conduct of any operator. Vetting reduces risk but does not eliminate it. You acknowledge that all travel carries inherent risks.
FlyMore and Leviate Air Group act as intermediaries and are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or performance of charter operators. All travel arrangements are subject to the operator's own terms, conditions, and cancellation policies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount of subscription fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlyMore, Leviate Air Group, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your interactions with charter operators.
All content on the FlyMore platform — including text, design, logos, trademarks, and software — is the exclusive property of FlyMore and Leviate Air Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.
FlyMore reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or through the state or federal courts located in Texas.
